Minister of Social Affairs inspects Al-Rahma Foundation and praises its role in caring for orphans
His Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Mr. Samir Bajala, paid an inspection visit today to the Al-Rahma Foundation for Human Development in Sana'a, where he reviewed the level of services provided to orphans in the foundation's care homes.
The minister was accompanied on his visit by a number of officials from the ministry, who inspected the accommodation, health care, and education departments and listened to a detailed explanation from the foundation's management about the activities and rehabilitation programs it implements to integrate orphans into society and empower them educationally and in life.
Minister Bajala praised the great efforts made by the Al-Rahma Foundation in providing a safe and supportive environment for orphans, stressing that these institutions are essential partners for the ministry and the state in providing comprehensive social care for orphans, especially in light of the exceptional circumstances the country is going through.
During the tour, the minister called on businessmen, businesswomen, and humanitarian organizations to intensify their support for these institutions to ensure their continuity and expand their services to include as many beneficiaries as possible, stressing that social care is a shared responsibility that requires the concerted efforts of all official and community entities.
At the end of the visit, the challenges facing the institution's work were discussed, and the minister promised to provide all possible support and facilities from the ministry to ensure the continuity and quality of the services provided.
