Al-Rahma Foundation for Human Development is a non-profit organization founded on December 30, 2003. It was the first initiative in the Republic of Yemen dedicated to the care of orphaned girls, operating under the authorization of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. The foundation was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification on May 19, 2010, and later earned another certification, ISO 9001:2025, on March 27, 2020. Furthermore, on March 12, 2025, the foundation obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, reaffirming its commitment to excellence. Striving to broaden its reach, the foundation expanded into other governorates, opening a branch in Taiz on March 4, 2008, a second in Ibb (Al-Subul) on August 8, 2011, and a third in Ibb (Al-Suhul) on April 15, 2014.
