General Administration

The general administration at Al-Rahma Foundation is one of the main pillars that make sure the foundation's goals and humanitarian and social mission are achieved. The general administration is committed to guiding all the foundation's activities and organizational processes in an effective and systematic way to provide the support needed to achieve sustainable development and deliver services that help improve the lives of orphans.

The general administration at the Foundation is divided into several specialized departments, each of which operates according to clear strategies to ensure high efficiency. These departments include:

Secretarial Department: This department is responsible for organizing the Foundation's daily work, from arranging meetings and events to organizing files and documents, thereby facilitating internal work processes.

Orphan Affairs Department: This department oversees all aspects of orphan care, from providing shelter, food, and healthcare to education. It also coordinates with other departments to ensure that all the needs of orphans are met in accordance with their interests and abilities.

Finance Department: Responsible for organizing the institution's financial affairs, from preparing the annual budget to distributing resources in a manner that ensures the sustainability of services provided to orphans and guarantees transparency in financial transactions.

Public Relations and Resource Development Department: This department works to build strong relationships with the local community and supporters, and is keen to spread the institution's message, whether through media campaigns or community events, in addition to developing funding sources to ensure the sustainability of projects and initiatives.

Human Resources Department: This department is responsible for recruiting and training qualified personnel to care for orphans. It also focuses on developing the work environment and enhancing job performance to achieve maximum benefit for the children.

Through these specialized departments, the Foundation's management seeks to achieve its vision of providing aid and assistance to those in need, while ensuring efficiency in performance and raising the level of institutional work in a sustainable manner.
