Sponsoring orphans and poor families
Al-Riyada Center for Training and Rehabilitation
Al-Rahma Foundation for Human Development A non-profit organization that works to embrace orphans who have been dealt a harsh blow by circumstances and are unable to provide safe shelter and adequate care. It also strives to ensure that orphans are cared for by families for those who have no one to support them financially, because the guardian who will take care of them finds it difficult to provide them with education and is unable to cover the costs of these expenses, such as a mother who raises her orphaned children and is unable to go out to work because of the importance being with her young orphans and looking after them, or an uncle who works for a small wage that does not cover his family's expenses and takes in his deceased brother's orphans to care for them despite his limited means. Therefore, we seek to build bridges between these orphans and the benefactors who are their greatest support, as the foundation follows up on their sponsorships and considers these sponsors to be their support after God Almighty. Providing sponsorship in the families surrounding the rehabilitation building is the primary goal of the foundation, which works to rehabilitate and train these families educationally and professionally in various fields with the aim of raising the level of the orphans in these families. The institution ensures that these families are in the same areas surrounding the buildings dedicated to this purpose to facilitate their communication and achieve the best possible benefit.
This also helps in following up on the goals achieved for the orphan or the beneficiary family beneficiary family and the follow-ups and reports required by the project to make the outputs more distinctive. The Foundation seeks to achieve continuity in the comprehensive care of orphans for a long period so that the orphan can rely on himself and be a support for his family, especially with the circumstances of the war that This has affected the income level of Yemeni citizens in general, leading many of them to stop providing financial support and charitable donations. This has had a negative impact on the income of orphans, whose basic needs are met by the foundation through financial support. The most important need is the provision of daily sustenance, which is why we always urge everyone to support the sponsorship project recommended by Allah in dozens of verses, so that the sponsor may become a companion of the Prophet, peace be upon him, who pointed with his index and middle fingers when he said, peace be upon him, ( “I and the sponsor of an orphan are in Paradise like these two,” pointing with his index and middle fingers.
